DESCRIPTION
Reliable Motors Ltd. is experiencing a huge growth in our store and we are in need of a talented SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team. The Service Advisor is a liaison between the Service Department's customers and the Service Shop. Typical responsibilities include: booking appointments; coordinating service/repair orders; communicating effectively with customers in person, over the phone, and computer; estimating service/ repair times and costs; assigning service/repair orders to technicians; receiving payment; selling service, repairs, and accessories; advising customers on needed service/repairs; etc. Prior experience is an asset. However, we will train the right candidate.
